■ order time

Please keep in mind that some pieces will take longer than others depending on the complexity. (For example, a simple chibi as opposed to a full illustration.)
In general, expect 1-4 weeks for delivery after payment is acknowledged. If I fail to complete your order after 5 weeks, you are eligible for a partial refund.I will make a priority add-on in the future for those who want their order as soon as possible!

■ order process

At the beginning of your request, I will start a sketch of my best interpretation from what you have described to me. I’ll confirm with you and ask for payment before I send the sketch. You are to pay only when I ask you! Early payments will be considered donations, and I won’t be obliged to complete your request. You will be let known if the transaction was a success, and are afterwards open to ask for adjustments or give suggestions-- we can work it out as closely as possible!The time for an order starts after I acknowledge your payment. This will be a message through the communication method we were using before.Once completed, you will receive a link to the google drive file of which you can download the original file of your order.

■ payment rules

The accepted currency is USD.Payments are made through Ko-fi tips.
It is through the main donation widget on my Ko-fi page: ko-fi.com/daze, titled "Buy a Coffee for aaia". The preset is 1x coffee at $5 USD each, but you can disregard the quantity feature and adjust the amount in the field directly below. In the message field, specify what the payment is for-- mention it's for a commission.Please remember to only send payments when asked for!

■ communication

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns! My aim is to make sure you are comfortable with my service throughout the whole process. You can always DM me through @aaiau.bsky.social. I will do my best to reply in a timely manner, but keep in mind that I’m still a student/ will be working and I am usually busy!You may ask for WIPS but I can’t always get to my work laptop right away, so it may take some time. Please do not be overbearing with check-ins, as it will increase my anxiety and can put a strain on the quality of my work.If I feel you are rude, disrespectful, or abusive to the point where I am uncomfortable and unable to continue, I reserve the right to immediately cancel your commission and blacklist you-- refund extremely unlikely. Let’s be respectful of each other!

■ satisfaction policy

I will try to work closely with you if I have any questions. If I miss details on my own, it will be fixed with no charge. However, if you would like me to make changes based on information that was withheld from the references and descriptions you provided, there is an additional 10-20% charge depending on how large the adjustment is. Under no circumstances will I redraw a commission from scratch.You will be made aware ahead of time if details are to be simplified, which varies between types of commissions. This is stated in the details of the menu.

■ deadlines, refunds, cancellations (oh my!)

Refunds are only available at two points during the process. Please respect my time and work as an artist!1.) If you change your mind after seeing my sketch for your order for the first time, you must notify me immediately so I can send you a refund through Paypal. (This will be [your order total] minus [sketch order cost] according to the current price and to its appropriate size.) Complete cancellations can be made any time after, but are not subject to any refund. No exceptions.2.) If I fail to complete and send your order at the end of 5 weeks, I will still do my best to complete your order, and send a 50% refund as an apology. Please don’t opt out of this, it’s a personal motivator and will keep me from putting it off!

■ permission and copyrights

My commissions are for personal use only. This means you may use the work as icons, banners, etc. You may upload to private archives and repost but with proper credits. You may NOT edit or modify (exception of cropping), distribute, make merchandise of, claim credit, or use the work for advertising.I have full rights to my artwork. I may post finished or incomplete pieces without mention of your handle if I wish; I will not claim credit for your character and design. If you would like a completely private commission or if you would like to use my artwork for commercial use, please let me know at the beginning so we can work out additional fees.
